SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY


Purchase Agreement 

By purchasing any product from NYHairmall.com, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and NYhairmall agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and NYhairmall.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from NYhairmall.com.

 

Shipping Information 

Most of our packages are sent by UPS. If you chose UPS or UPS was chosen for you, please check your tracking number for the latest updates about your order. Please note, UPS does not deliver on weekends unless express Next Day Air Saturday mail. If the order is past due, there is no scheduled delivery date, or the tracking information lists an exception or note that the package has stopped moving on to its destination, please contact customer support and we will file a claim.

UPS GROUND: 2-10 business days
UPS 2 DAY SAVER: 2 business days as long as the order is made before 3pm EST
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: overnight shipping as long as the order is made before 3pm EST

Some of our packages are sent by USPS. Packages generally take 2-8 business days to deliver after shipment date, but can take longer (Please note, "business days" means full business days, not counting the time it takes for processing). USPS only offers Delivery Confirmation which is not tracking, but will lt you know when the item has been delivered. Customers can file a claim with USPS after 5 business days for priority mail if the package is still not yet delivered. The only guarantee delivery date is by expediated mail. 

USPS Priority Mail: 2-10 business days, delivery confirmation unless orders are over $100 and will be sent as signature confirmed.
USPS Priority Express Mail:  1-3 business days, depending where you are located. Insured and signature confirmed, unless requested to be waived.
 
International Mail: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by customs for any international deliveries. 

USPS First Class International Mail: 14 business days or more, not insured, and not suggested. It is generally dependable, arriving with a week or two 95% of the time. 
But packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks. Lost package claims may be filed between 45-90 days after shipment. Customers use this method at your own risk. 
USPS International Priority Mail: 7-10 business days, insured and dependable.
USPS International Priority Express Mail: 3-5 business days, insured and dependable. 

 


 

Returns & Replacements

Items must be returned in its original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. 
If the returned items are not same condition with when they were sent, we will refuse or send them back to you with a shipping charge. Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
 
We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. Return Credit will issue after the inspection of returned items and always be issued to the same card to which they were charged. Unless it is the fault of NYHairmall or a defective product, customers are responsible for additional costs associated with the return.
 
Please contact us either through the contact page or customer service number when you intend to return your item.
That way we can process your request and give you a referance number for easier handling.

Return Period 

- Products are returnable within 7 Business days from delivered date.
- Returns may take up to 10 business days to complete processing.

 

Ineligible Items for return

- Wigs and ponytails are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
- Clearance, special sale, final sale, and special order items are not returnable/refundable.
- Any products used, damaged by customers, missing pieces and/or packaging materials are ineligible for return/refund.
